Refund policy

3. Refund Process & Timing

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


8. Cancellation Policy (Optional but Recommended)

Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placing them.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
